Importing External Fills
User can do bulk import of trades into Tradex.
User can use the following import file to do the importing:
Column F: Fill ID: To differentiate the different trades based on the ID.
Column J: Trader Account: To be the same naming as with Tradex trader account.
Column S: O/C : Open, Close, Close Today
Column T: Hedge Flag: Speculate, Hedge.
Column Y: Value Date: Only required to fill in for 3M contracts. No need to fill in if it is not a 3M contract.
To import the trades into Tradex, user could follow the below steps:
In the Backoffice → Fills tab, select “Import”
Select the file that the user has prepared to import.
Confirm on the trades.
Select on the trades, and select “Commit”
The committed trades will be shown in the bottom panel:
External trades have been imported successfully.
